Artists create their work often alone, and even those who work regularly with other artists, who when it comes to marketing and selling their work. However, there are many ways to work together in this way:

1. They do the marketing budget go further, using their money

2. To maximize your creativity

3. You will receive a greater number of contacts

4. You will receive a new group of potential customers – for free

This is exactly what I mean? Here are some examples:

1. This is a game where the actors are dancers who created the tango, there is a tango film festival happening in the city in a few months. Get in touch and do some ‘joint marketing and advertising – can afford to take twice as many ads, and two men, issued to find the right audience, even double the time for marketing. Its target is similar to work in this case for this.
2. You make an exhibition of two artists, one of whom is also a photographer. From time to time to write poetry, and the third artist in graphic design is excellent. A brochure design exhibition and the invitation is so creative that is exceptional participation and exposure of a great success.
3. Who knows who? Your friend is an ice sculptor, and his staff prepared a separate presentation and meet with journalists. He opts for a lavish launch party with ice sculptures with the various arts journalists to throw, you get lots of column inches, which sells a lot of work.
4. You have a customer base of about 300 visitors exhibitions of photographs of modernist architecture. It was found that a farmer was preparing a show about the life of Alvar Aalto, and has about 500 fans. In addition to (1) can be displayed in the lobby of the theater space, where all lovers of theater and their work, and the manufacturer would make a brief presentation in one of his other statements on his show.
These are just some examples to illustrate the point clumsy, and are on speed – the only limit is your imagination.
As the network grows you will find people whose work has similarities to his or tangential – this is where you take a look at the connections and contacts and see if you market a chance to get together and sell their art.
One final note on the partnership:

• Ensure that there is a common theme for their work, or otherwise treated the same public
• A commercial partnership with the same rigor as any type of association to deal with. Do you have a written agreement – will do what and when (an arrangement of mail is usually sufficient).

• Do you like your work and your work – what is your personality? Take time to find a good agreement.
